Average stay. Some concerns
convenient locationodd designwasted space
the location was convenient with access to the mall.
The room design felt strange. The fridge was under the writing table and the locker under the coffee corner. this placement seemed illogical and inconvenient. i had to ask for a sofa to be removed so i could actually place two suitcases somewhere in the room. there was a lot of wasted space.

great hotel near shops

the staff was very nice. room service was prompt too. the breakfast buffet included delicious omelets, and coffee was delivered quickly. the location is wonderful with access to the mall.
valet parking was very slow. only one person was working.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. laundry service is available 24 hours a day, I saw that it has newer equipment.

The location was acceptable, very close to wtc mall.
The room felt very outdated and worn OUT. I SAW a cockroach in the shower during the night. The breakfast was LIMITED and unimpressive.
