A Nice Getaway

We spent three nights here. Our first room was not quite right, but the staff found a much better one, even with the hotel being busy. The rooms offer amazing sea views, a sight I loved to wake up to. I enjoyed drinks by the smaller pool. The service from Bank was perfect. Housekeeping provided a sweet surprise for our anniversary. Their thoughtfulness touched our hearts.
The elevator was a bit small, and sometimes there were queues. It was easier to climb stairs. It wasn't a major problem, but it's something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

The hotel is near many shops and restaurants, made exploring easy. The beach is a short walk away, nice for spontaneous seaside trips. This proximity added convenience to our stay, enabling lovely evenings.

the staff were attentive, and the location proved convenient with nearby restaurants.
The room felt outdated, a stark contrast to the pictures i saw online. getting around was difficult. The layout involves a lot of stairs, it was inconvenient. also, the breakfast eggs made me sick, so i had to switch to dry bread on my second day (not great).

the hotel location is amazing, a perfect escape yet so central. it is near the beach and all the lovely shops. i seemed like i was in a dream, with everything i could wish for just a short walk away.
the room was a little dated and could use some love. the bathrooms definitely needs a refresh. the breakfast lacked that special touch for me. i wish there was more fresh fruit.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the short walk to Kata Beach. It made accessing the beach very easy. The buffet breakfast offered variety, so there was always something new to try each day.
The gym equipment needs an update because almost no machine functions correctly.
