I really enjoyed the complimentary anniversary cake. It tasted great. The pool was beautiful and I appreciate how calming the surroundings were. I found the staff excellent, always friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The hotel environment felt family-friendly, important for my stay.
I found the lack of vegetarian options at the dinner buffet disappointing. This slightly detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel gave a huge food choice at the buffet for dinner and breakfast! i ate at the indian restaurant on site and i thought it was amazing. i took advantage of the pool table and games.
reaching the hotel took two days, since nobody answer messages.

the surrounding nature added to the peacefulness. the hotel provided a short boat safari, and the guide expertly spotted birds and interesting river life. staff members were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
i found the hotel's location a bit far from the downtown area. traffic. however, the quiet location suited my preference for a quiet setting.

low water pressureinsufficient umbrellas
The shower had surprisingly low water pressure. It seemed newly installed, but the flow was weak. There weren't enough umbrellas by the pool either. Only three umbrellas served all the sunbeds. This created a problem. I really needed shade.
