slow check-in incorrect information
The check-in process? was so slow. it took nearly 30 minutes! one staff member took our passports. He returned after 15 minutes with incorrect information about our meal plan. the room layout was not good. the toilet was at one end and the shower was at the other end? the washbasin was in the middle.

slow check-in disorganized process
the rooms had a balcony. it faced the pool.
Check-in took ages. Almost half an hour. the process was super slow and disorganized. the staff dropped our passports, more than once.

our "superior beautiful king room sea view on spa on food & beverage & high tea" offered a amazing panorama. the room's cleanliness was perfect, a testament to the care taken, we appreciated the modern amenities, particularly the spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. the balcony provided a serene space to savor the ocean view.
the hallway noise was slightly noticeable during peak hours.
