lack of wifi steep stairs
i think the lack of wifi in the room was a real issue, especially for the price i paid. its only available in public areas, which isn't convenient. also, the beautiful attic family room felt a bit dated and wasnt as clean as i expect. plus, the stairs inside the room were pretty steep, i worried about my kids using them.

sri lankan dishes beautiful beach
i really enjoyed the food. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of sri lankan dishes. i also found the beach to be very beautiful (a true gem!).

The staff created a family feel. They showed care and always went beyond expectations. The location overlooking the Bay of Bengal felt amazing. The resort displayed authentic style blending naturally with its surroundings.
I found no WiFi connection inside the room. WiFi was only available in public areas. I also felt the room cleanliness was lacking. The room did not seem worth the price paid.

Mixed Experience at Beachfront Hotel
old room subpar service
The room looked dated and lacked proper upkeep. I found the staircase in my room to be a safety hazard, I actually fell and sustained injuries because of it. The staff needs better training. Their service was subpar!
