Excellent stay with notable architecture
beautiful architecture quick service relaxing environment
The hotel had beautiful architecture. I ESPECIALLY appreciated the coral stone design. The multiple bars provided ample choices. I found the service quick. I enjoyed the various cuisines. The well kept grounds created a relaxing environment.
I had difficulty with the many stairs. This made navigating the resort challenging. The distances between some amenities are significant. Waiting for the shuttle bus sometimes took longer THAN expected. I wish the layout was more accessible.

The beautiful rooms featured comfortable beds and spacious layouts. Rooms included a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. The balcony offered views. IT was especially nice at sunset.

The hotel featured several pools including a heated option. The gym included treadmills, and free weights. A dive shop was available. There are three private beaches for hotel guests.

great variety good service useful canopies
the resort had multiple restaurants with great variety. the customer service was good. i found canopies in the parking area, that was very useful.
the food quality wasn't consistently high! though the variety was wide.

mixed feelings about this resort
numerous pools uncrowded pool limited options low quality
the hotel had many pools, it was easy to find one that wasn't too crowded.
I found the food to be quite disappointing, especially at the main buffet. The options were limited, and the quality was not what i expected. i often struggled to find something i genuinely enjoyed. it made mealtimes a bit of a chore, not a pleasure.
