The food WAS excellent. everything felt fresh and delicious. i particularly LOVED the italian restaurant! the pools are a dream. Clean and never too crowded. the staff is amazing. They are always smiling and ready to help.
the gym equipment seemed a bit dated. i would have liked some newer machines! the evening entertainment needs improvement. THE shows lacked originality.

Wonderful Egyptian Getaway
clean premisesexcellent servicelong walk
I appreciated the well-kept and spotlessly clean premises (it gave a great first impression). Room service was excellent. I found cute towel animals on my bed each day, a lovely touch. I also enjoyed the animation team, energetic and inclusive, they encouraged us to join activities like dancing and tennis.
The walk to the main restaurant and entertainment and reception was long. It was difficult with a pram and someone with health issues.

The hotel offered a beach within walking distance, with sandy shores and a gentle slope into the sea. This setup is especially convenient for families with children, because of its safe and accessible environment.

The room included standard toiletries such as hand wash, hand lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Our housekeeper left great towel art and restored our fridge with the help of a tip daily (it was fun).

the animation team shows energy, and i found the resort to be clean.
i encountered pushiness from the animation team to leave positive reviews on their tablets. this felt INAPPROPRIATE and created pressure to inflate ratings. the minibar was not restocked, inconvenient.
