friendly staff spacious room delicious food
i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was spacious and clean, meeting my expectations. i enjoyed the delicious food available at the on-site restaurants. the grounds were well maintained.

the hotel grounds include large pool areas, and a separate adult quiet pool is available. a swim-up bar exists in the upper pool offering a refreshing experience. golf buggies were available to hire for trips along the boulevard to downtown.

The hotel provides direct access to a sandy beach. it is more suited for walking. to swim, guests can use the bridge after the coral reefs to enter deeper water. the hotel is located within a reasonable distance of downtown.

inconsistent food food quality
the grounds were well kept, a feature i expect at this standard of hotel.
I found the food quality inconsistent. Most pastries tasted the same, a sugary blob. this was far from previous all inclusive experiences i have had. some of my family members ended up sick, very disappointing.

The hotel location offers direct beach access. the staff were always ready to help with any request. the food selection included varied options. the rooms were clean and well maintained. I found the beds comfortable. i also appreciated the mini-bar.
The adult pool seemed a bit cold for regular use. That was a minor inconvenience.

The buffet offered a diverse selection with something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the grilled meats and fresh salads, though some dishes were a bit repetitive. dining areas were spacious. It was never too crowded during meal times.

my room included a well-stocked mini bar which got refilled daily. a spacious bathroom, and comfortable beds! it was also very quiet, so i always slept well. the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
