the grounds were well kept, a feature i expect at this standard of hotel.
I found the food quality inconsistent. Most pastries tasted the same, a sugary blob. this was far from previous all inclusive experiences i have had. some of my family members ended up sick, very disappointing.

The hotel location offers direct beach access. the staff were always ready to help with any request. the food selection included varied options. the rooms were clean and well maintained. I found the beds comfortable. i also appreciated the mini-bar.
The adult pool seemed a bit cold for regular use. That was a minor inconvenience.

The buffet offered a diverse selection with something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the grilled meats and fresh salads, though some dishes were a bit repetitive. dining areas were spacious. It was never too crowded during meal times.

my room included a well-stocked mini bar which got refilled daily. a spacious bathroom, and comfortable beds! it was also very quiet, so i always slept well. the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
