Underwhelming stay, some issues looked
billing issue unwelcoming staff
The gym had steam rooms and modern decor, I guess.
The billing was all messed up, imagine that. I had a card payment, supposedly. There was a mini bar charge "error" I didn't like. Staff was less than cute. I'd prefer to feel welcome and not have to investigate mini bar charges.

underwhelming stay, some issues
alarm test loud noise
The alarm test really caught me off guard. It happened without any notice. i was relaxing when the alarms suddenly blared. it really startled me, and i thought there was a real emergency. there was also this loud engineering work happening. It created so much noise that it made it impossible to relax.

Really good service and modern design
thoughtful touch comfortable bed shower facilities
The staff provided warm greetings upon my arrival. A birthday note with Prosecco on ice was a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable. The shower facilities worked GREAT.
The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited with no change in the food selection each day.

The gym and steam room offer a great touch. The showers were clean. The steam room was efficient. There ARE very nice bars and restaurants within a short walk from the premises.

The staff's kindness stood out. They listened attentively and acted accordingly. The concierge offered quick assistance. They helped with restaurant reservations and provided great recommendations for getting around.

Excellent Stay
efficient staff premium suite great lighting
The front desk staff was efficient. They upgraded me to a premium suite. The suite had an energy that promoted calm. The attention to detail was apparent with style. The room has great lighting and an amazing sound system.
The executive room I booked lacked a table and chair. This made working difficult. I had to downgrade and did not receive a refund for the difference. The breakfast options was very disappointing. Few halal options were available.

charmed by the stylish atmosphere
friendly staff delicious coffee
the location made exploring easy. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. i found a good matcha cookie at reception. i also appreciated the delicious coffee offered.
the absence of proper curtains impacted my sleep. an office building nearby remained lit overnight. this created an inconvenience as light entered the room.

gorgeous building friendly staff beautiful spa
the building is gorgeous! the space was lovely too. staff were very friendly and kind. the spa was beautiful and the massage i received was AMAZING!!!
