The location was very convenient. Express check-in was also simple.

The room was not clean. The walls had stains. The shower door did not close properly. Water leaked onto the carpet. This room was not worth the cost.

the self check-in was convenient i got a lovely double room on the second floor it faced the yard so it was quiet the room had what i needed for a short stay. they had luggage storage i got a key from the machines for it. the room was quite large and clean

i forgot my expensive sunglasses in the room i immediately contacted the hotel the replies were vague and unhelpful. they said they hadnt found the sunglasses but would let me know i had someone in the city to pick them up they never found them. i was disappointed by the lack of urgency from the hotel staff

the hotel is conveniently located near the main bus station and within walking distance of the central station. self-service check-in was straightforward, and i appreciated the option to leave my luggage before check-in. the common kitchen area was useful..

I had some difficulty with the shower. The water temperature was inconsistent. it was challenging to get adequately warm water, made showering uncomfortable. staff ensured they would check for the next guests though.

i found the building very nice for a short stay. the location was perfect, especially with the flix bus station nearby, very useful for day trips. breakfast downstairs was delicious and reasonably priced. the room was large, clean, and met my needs.

i noticed many services were removed to lower costs, as the hotel said. i'm not sure the price completely reflected those cuts. staff was not very visible to answer questions, a slight inconvenience.
