The location was ideal. It was a short walk to the main attractions. The staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants. Our room provided a picturesque canal view, I found it so calming (especially during the evening). The 24-hour bar had competitive prices and a good selection of drinks. I was happy to receive the cookies upon departure, a lovely touch.

I found that the soundproofing could be improved. I could hear conversations and noises from the bathroom of the adjacent room. This made it slightly difficult to relax completely.

The room i received was not up to par. the cleanliness was questionable. I noticed dust in corners. the bathroom lacked a proper shower. the water pressure was weak, and the shower hose was too short. breakfast also lacked variety for specific dietary needs.

i found the night staff a bit cold. communication over the intercom felt short. i seemed like i bothered them when i asked for an adapter. the room wasn't as clean as i expected, as there were dusty areas and hairs in the bathroom.
