the location is superb i found it near the metro and tram stations. nearby dining spots offer great eats. i was able to easily access different parts of the area.

my room was in a separate annex i walked a little distance from the main building. the room felt more like an airbnb than a hotel. the value seemed off for what i received.

the staff were nice. the hotel was a 4 minute walk from the tram and metro station. the room i stayed in was as described on the web site.

as i was travelling for work i arrived close to midnight DIRECTLY from the airport just to sleep. i woke up very early to get ready to go to work and was surprised to realize there was NO hot water to shower, or use in the washbasin.

the hotel does not advertise breakfast or any meals as options. instead, you get a list of places to get breakfast. Some are almost 1 km away, yet missing Bar do, a short walk to breakfast.

rooms do not have been properly cleaned for a long time. i found spider webs on the ceiling and a lot of dust behind the bed. it was cleaned after i complained to reception.

I loved how close the hotel was to the metro and the city center! the staff were super friendly and knew so much about the area. They gave great advice. the location was also great. It was easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel. they had umbrellas available , i thought it was nice.
