The staff were always happy to help. the room had a good size with a comfy bed and plenty of drawers. the food was excellent and plentiful. I especially liked the entertainment.
The room was a little dark. It could have used some brighter lighting.

Acceptable stay with a few significant downsides
good foodsmall bathroomdirty windows
the food was quite good.
The bathroom was far too small. The toilet was positioned awkwardly. the windows were so dirty. I couldn't see the sea view i paid extra for. queue management for drinks was lacking.
