the room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. the hotel provided plenty of storage space. linen was also sufficiently available.
i experienced noise , difficult to sleep. the tea tray shook with movement. i could hear people walking past the room, and the walls seemed thin.

The hotel's location was convenient to local attractions it met my needs.
The slow restaurant service impacted our dining experience. Waiting 20-30 minutes between courses was excessive. The breakfast quality was also a concern. The bacon was undercooked. This affected our overall satisfaction with the dining facilities.

The room was suitable for families. My children enjoyed it. the carpets and floors felt clean throughout the premises, i found that to be important. breakfast was good and all staff across the hotel were lovely. They accommodated our needs effectively.

The staff were friendly and helpful. reception staff allowed an earlier check-in, a gesture i appreciated. one staff member assisted with explaining the menu. His patience was noteworthy.

the location on the south shore is suitable for accessing various activities. the entrance to the pleasure beach is convenient for hotel guests. the restaurant provided excellent service and the breakfast was worth the money!
