poor choice unfriendly staff
the breakfast was not good, they have a poor choice and the quality of the products. the staff is correct but is not friendly. the room and the bathroom have the minimum. i have not appreciate this things.

easy access various dining helpful staff fast process
The location provided easy access to transportation and various dining options. i found the staff consistently helpful and attentive to my needs. priority access for hotel guests to the rooftop bar was a notable perk. i appreciated the fast check-in and check-out processes. This made my arrival and departure seamless.
the elevator system seemed to have some inefficiencies, causing noticeable delays at times.

the hotel is situated very centrally and offers comfortable reach to every attraction. its proximity to the metro station is a real benefit. it makes exploring the city very convenient, a factor i greatly valued.

the staff showed consistent readiness to assist with any request. their approach was always professional. the breakfast buffet was varied and offered a transatlantic style, with a lot of options, that was very enjoyable, i was pleased.

spacious room great breakfast amazing view firm bed missing bathrobe bare wall
the room was quite spacious i had a beautiful king room it included sufficient space. the breakfast had a great spread it was amazing to see so many options. the rooftop bar had one of the best views i have experienced it was a nice treat.
the bed was a bit too firm it did not offer the support i prefer. i did not see bathrobes or slippers provided that i had in a previous hotel. the decor on my floor was plain the walls were bare it felt unfinished.

mixed feelings about my stay
poor sound insulation empty minibar
the hotel's location was acceptable, offering convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no water bottle provided, and the minibar was empty. room 1050 is near the cleaning area. it was very noisy beginning at 6:00 a.m. due to the cleaning staff and their equipment, and the sound insulation was poor!!!

fresh foods rooftop lounge central location
the breakfast buffet had amazing variety. fresh foods were in abundance too! the rooftop lounge gave skyscraper vibes. it's awesome. the location is superb I walked everywhere!
the elevators were very busy I had to wait a while.

amazing city view!
breakfast variety wonderful view rooftop bar
I adored the breakfast variety. There were many options. my room on the 23rd floor had a wonderful view of the city. the rooftop bar had amazing views. It was a must-see. i also really liked how close i was to shopping on gran via.
i found the elevators to be slow at times!
