slow room serviceleaking shower
The room service was quite slow. I rang reception to order and was told I would be transferred. no one answered the phone after waiting 15 minutes. The food arrived about a half hour later, but it was average, sadly. The shower was also disappointing, as water leaked all over the floor even when the glass cover was correctly positioned. I was pretty disappointed with the experience.

the room was quite spacious. i found the river view from the balcony to be a nice touch. there was also a good selection of food available at breakfast. the gym included cardio equipment and free weights.
the parking fee seemed a little high.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The room was also comfy (I liked the comfy beds).
The noise outside was bad at night. Drug users made it unbearable, even with closed windows. Traffic reversing early in the morning also added to the noise. I expected better sleep.
