I love this hotel! My room was amazing. It was super clean and spacious with a big, comfy bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and ready to assist with anything. I really liked the pool area. It was clean and had plenty of loungers!
My room had no view. The gym equipment was old and need replaced. The breakfast had limited options for people like me with dietary restrictions and that's a bummer!

Charming Garden Bar Find

We found the staff to be very courteous . Mary welcomed us at reception upon our arrival. She gave us information about the leisure center, a fantastic facility for ALL ages. The food at the main bar was GORGEOUS, and we enjoyed live music in the hidden gem of a garden bar. Mikey, our waiter, suggested activities such as the Greenway. He made sure we had everything we needed.
There was no information about the hotel available in the room when we arrived. I WISH that was available.

The breakfast room staff were so friendly! the pool, steam room and sauna were great. music in the bar every evening made it lively. I loved it. the reception was fantastic, very helpful.
the bedrooms were over the bar. the music was really loud until late, i had some trouble sleeping. i wish i had asked for quieter rooms. i thought the hotel would have considered we had young kids with us.

The bike hire process was streamlined and efficient. I found it exceedingly convenient to cycle along the greenway. the bar offered a very tasty evening meal, i must say. the friendly staff ensured a particularly relaxing experience .
i observed the absence of sandwiches or light lunch options on the provided menu, a minor inconvenience.

the service stood out positively because the staff provided bags of treats to the kids upon arrival, a very lovely gesture. the easter bunny even made a surprise appearance with a gift at the door on easter sunday. this.!!

breakfast featured an extensive buffet, also offering the option to order from a menu, for instance, a full irish breakfast. i found both the dinner and breakfast to be of excellent quality, very important for me. the food was AMAZING!!!
