the staff were friendly and professional. the breakfast buffet included many options such as eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. the location was very convenient, situated right on the beachfront with easy access to the lido.
i found that the car park at the rear of the hotel could be tricky to navigate due to the one-way streets.

the staff were cheerful and helpful throughout my stay. the location is excellent near the pier with easy access to the sea. breakfast offered a huge choice that was amazing.
i found that beach towels were not provided so i had to buy one.

lovely trip!
friendly staff superb breakfasts early breakfast
i found the staff ultra friendly. they are very helpful. breakfasts are superb and i couldn't ask for anything better. even on our last day they made a full english breakfast early just for us.
the car park can be noisy. trips leave from there and i was woken early by the guests.

friendly staff full breakfast excellent service
I stayed last year and liked it, but this year was even better. the staff is very friendly and very helpful. we even had the same room as last year. I didn't request it! the breakfasts were superb, i couldn't ask for one better. Even on our last day, we had to leave at 7:50 am, but they provided a full english breakfast with plenty of time.
The rooms were pretty tired, with a lot of marks across the furniture. i felt a cooking odor whenever i opened it. I think my room was above a vent. my room only had two plastic glasses, these were never replaced with clean ones during my whole stay.

convenient location convenient beach cold water old furniture
the room was clean and the location near the beach was convenient.
The shower didn't work well, and the water kept getting cold. There were also cobwebs on the shade. the bed and furniture looked old.
