indifferent staff
i was given a key card for a room that was already occupied. i had to walk back to the check-in location to get it sorted. staff seemed a bit indifferent to the situation.

I found the room quite modern. it provided good space for my belongings. the proximity to victoria station was very convenient, as i could easily access transportation to various attractions. i also appreciated how close i was to many sights. It made exploring very easy.

The hotel is near victoria station, a four-minute walk, which i found very convenient. This made getting around simple. several restaurants are nearby. a supermarket is also conveniently located close to the hotel.

The location provides excellent transport links. The room was also very very comfy and tidy. Everything worked perfectly. I appreciated that the room was clean, modern, and quiet.
