tender moments by the loch
helpful staff room size quick checkout
The staff were very helpful! they explained the bus routes well, aiding my exploration of the beautiful area, a nice touch. the room size was generous, providing ample space to unwind after my travels. online checkout was quick. It saved valuable time early in the morning as i prepared to leave.
The hotel services operate within the pub. This setup can lead to congestion during peak times, something i feel could be streamlined.

My room was clean. Breakfast proved quick and also tasty. The staff were friendly.
The toilet seat did NOT fit. The ceiling in the bathroom had mould spores. This is a large health hazard!!!

convenient stay
ample parking helpful staff
the staff was friendly and helpful i found early check-in beneficial with ample parking available the room was quiet and had a good shower breakfast was fine and served until late. i appreciated the cleanliness and the location for exploring the area.
i only received one key , made it difficult for my family to access the hotel and the room independently this created some inconvenience when coordinating entry for everyone.

the on-site restaurant provides breakfast service and the food quality seemed acceptable overall the hours allow a late start to the day with breakfast available until a reasonable time each morning. a 20% food discount should be available at meal times.

the family room was of good size and clean i appreciated that there was a good shower available in the room it made getting ready easy and quick. the heating system maintains a temperature of 17 degrees.

the hotel is situated close to loch lomond this proximity is good interested in exploring the area and hiking trails it serves as a suitable stop on the way to the highlands. it is also within walking distance to various activities.

friendly staff convenient location small tv limited space
The staff impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. The location proved very convenient, with access to nearby areas.
I noticed the TV was rather small, which detracted from the viewing experience. I also found very little space on one side of the bed, so getting in and out was difficult.
