A Heartfelt Stopover
amazing location helpful staff excellent breakfast comfortable bed
The bed gave a comfort I hardly know. Breakfast proved to be excellent each morning. The staff were always helpful. Location is amazing and made exploration simple. All sites were reachable by foot. I relished my time here.
The elevator showed screws on the wall and floor indicator hung upside down, i did not apreciated that.

i appreciated the friendly staff and plentiful breakfast. the hotel has convenient parking spots attached. there were many cozy seating areas available for relaxation. i found the variety of foods at breakfast great.
The bedroom felt small with very limited hanging space. It was a bit inconvenient.

the location was really convenient. the breakfast offered a good variety of options (i especially enjoyed the fresh bread).

The location is GREAT. It makes exploring very easy. The breakfast had a large variety. It was also very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room did not have air conditioning. It got REALLY hot during the day. I stayed for 3 nights. I did not get new towels during that time. The trash cans were also not emptied.

absent kettle insufficient cleanliness
The room lacked basic amenities (I found this a bit cheap). There was no kettle for making tea or coffee. The cleanliness was also subpar. The floor had not been swept, and there was a noticeable large stone next to the bed, unacceptable. Rooms are cleaned only every four days, showing neglect in daily upkeep.
