the room was a superior double room and was very clean. the breakfast buffet had many options. the hotel has a garage available for parking, it was very useful. i found the staff helpful with directions.
The volume on the tv could not be raised high enough. I could not hear it properly.

The room was very cold. The heating did not work, even after i mentioned it at reception. i found that frustrating, because i expected better service. there was no immediate fix, just an acknowledgement of the problem. this, expected.

The air conditioning was insufficient. the room temperature remained uncomfortably warm, even after i adjusted the settings. also, the breakfast selection lacked variety. Many items looked to be the same each morning. i expected more from a hotel of this category! the juice tasted artificial, not freshly squeezed.

The hotel has a central, convenient location. Rooms are spacious and well-insulated, so noise was not a problem. Housekeeping replenished all amenities consistently. I appreciated the bottled water provided each day. When my schedule required an early departure, the staff proactively packed a take-away breakfast bag for me.
I found drinks unavailable for purchase during certain hours.
