Fantastic Holiday Experience!
efficient check-in friendly banter attentive staff chocolate surprise
Our check-in was efficient thanks to Wajih and Sadam, they provided a smooth start with friendly banter. The restaurant staff kept my girlfriend's wine glass full, Ismail and Muhammad Ali really stood out. Maher from the beach bar made special cocktails and surprised us with chocolate on our last day. Bob, one of the entertainers, had boundless enthusiasm and was always smiling.
The minibar was not always filled daily. That was a minor inconvenience.

The room included a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and two comfortable armchairs. The bathroom was equipped with a large mirror and a set of high-quality toiletries. A flat-screen television offered a variety of international channels.

Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff themed dining easy access walking distance
I loved the friendly and helpful staff. The food variety at the buffet was excellent! I enjoyed trying both the Italian and Tunisian themed dining options. Access to the beach was super easy and the location was within walking distance of the port.
The gym was small, and some equipment was out of service.

really good service friendly staff helpful service attentive waiters
The staff provided really good service, especially in the buffet restaurant. Salim and abdelaziz greeted us with smiles and flowers. Kim, amill, and yassine at the pool offered prompt towel and drink service. Mr gaied, hassine, salah, mohamed, and aziz delivered helpful service from arrival to departure. we felt valued and cared for . The team's dedication was excellent! i found that tipping was greatly appreciated by the hardworking staff.

the staff at the main restaurant were cute. there were many food and drink options available (i especially liked the moonlit yoga in the pool!).
the wifi signal was not strong in my room. they did try to fix it, but it was not possible due to the location of my room. i also noticed some limited basics, such as getting drinking water in the rooms.

attentive staff clean hotel towel swan
i spent a week at this hotel, i found the staff very attentive and friendly. the hotel looked generally clean. a cleaning lady named farida left decorations in our room, like a swan made of towels (i found that lovely). jalel at the bar.
the balcony door in our room was stuck. i fixed it myself, i couldn't fully close the door for the rest of the holiday, but i was on the first floor, so i felt safe enough.

a wonderful holiday!
amazing service wonderful staff great wi-fi tunisian corner
the service was amazing, and the staff were wonderful! wi-fi worked great throughout the resort even on the private beach. the food had great variety, i saw fresh fish prepared daily. i especially appreciated the tunisian corner with couscous and local dishes.
the desserts in the restaurant were the same all the time, this needs a lesson in good desserts from the uk or usa.
