fantastic stay at a beautiful resort

i spent a week at this hotel, i found the staff very attentive and friendly. the hotel was generally clean. a cleaning lady named farida left decorations in our room, like a swan made of towels (i found that lovely). jalel at the bar.
the balcony door in our room was stuck. i fixed it myself, i couldn't fully close the door for the rest of the holiday, but i was on the first floor, so i felt safe enough.

the administrative staff speaks fluent english. lifeguards are present at the pool area. bar staff regularly serve drinks around the loungers (very convenient!).

the service was amazing, and the staff were wonderful! wi-fi worked great throughout the resort even on the private beach. the food had great variety, i saw fresh fish prepared daily. i especially appreciated the tunisian corner with couscous and local dishes.
the desserts in the restaurant were the same all the time, this needs a lesson in good desserts from the uk or usa.

My room included comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. It was always fresh. the bathroom had two sinks and a spacious shower. bath products were restocked as needed. Everything was so convenient!
