Nice Experience

The staff are very helpful. I had four tennis lessons with Budi. He is funny and kind. He helped me become more consistent. The breakfast had a huge food variety. Rooms are large, very clean and they are cleaned several times daily.
The tennis facilities were excellent, but I found that pickleball and tennis were too much fun, and I spent too much time playing. I did not have the chance to fully explore other aspects. I should have allocated my time better.

Suku Restaurant provides above and beyond service. Indra was attentive to our needs at the Fire Dance dinner at Suku Restaurant. He also helped us during breakfast and lunch. Eva at Eight Degrees South Restaurant was knowledgeable about the menu.

Our King Suite included comfortable bedding and climate control. The room also had a stocked minibar with a selection of drinks and snacks. Fresh towels were provided daily and I appreciated the ample space.

the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes the breakfast buffet offers many choices the multiple pools provide different environments to relax. the hotel has security to help guests cross the street that is useful i found easy access to local shopping it provided convenient experience i saw many restaurants nearby i had options for dining.
some areas showed slight wear but it did not detract from the overall experience

I thought the multiple pools were great, especially the ones connected to the main pool. The gym included a business center. This helped me catch up on work! The staff member, William, at the pool bar was also amazing. His manager also gave great service.

the staff was real caring. they always want to help. the ocean front lagoon access room get my recommend. i will stay again. the facilities are very good also.
the beach weren't good for swimming. the area get barricaded and wasnt safe. this due to water sport activities. this wasnt said on the website. cabanas needed a daily fee of $25 aud.
