totally blown away. wow!
huge balcony ocean view great food
The two-bedroom beautiful suite ocean view was amazing! the balcony was huge and seemed endless. I could hear the surf from my bed. i was on the fourth floor, i had an awesome ocean view. plantation steak restaurant was also excellent. I loved the food and décor.
i found that the fitness center, though well-equipped, only had two treadmills. this made it difficult to get a workout at peak times. it was a bit annoying. i hope they can add some more equipment soon!

The staff greeted me with smiles and they assisted me efficiently with all my requests. the butler service was fast. They promptly delivered welcome drinks, and the housekeeping kept the room in top condition. i really liked it.

damp sheets cheap decor
the rooftop breakfast area felt oddly decorated like a kid's jungle gym it felt cheap. my sheets also felt damp which was not great. the breakfast buffet promised a lot but tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. i think the hotel needs a makeover.

dangerous decking musty smell
the plunge pool shown online looked nothing like the real thing it needed some serious maintenance the decking reminded me of a death trap i swear. cigarette smoke wafted in from nearby balconies a constant reminder of my poor choices. the room smelled musty plus the toilet flush was on the fritz and the desk power points decided to take a permanent vacation.

excellent service and amazing views
attentive staff fine view meticulous cleaning
i enjoyed my stay the staff were attentive and prompt with every request i made the ocean view from my suite was fine i woke up to beautiful sunrises each morning and enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere the room was cleaned meticulously every day exceeding my expectations for cleanliness.
the lighting in the bathroom could have been slightly brighter for applying makeup i noticed this minor detail

the pool area features a large pool and a separate kids pool towels and loungers are readily available the poolside bar staff provides prompt service ensuring a relaxed experience around the facilities area.
