vast buffet freshly baked bread convenient shuttle
The breakfast included cuisines from around the world, such as Chinese soups and German sausages. Freshly squeezed juice was available DAILY. There was a bus shuttle to the Bali Collection shopping mall. It proved convenient. The resort felt spacious with lots of guests, but there were always plenty of beach beds and outdoor pool options.
The gym machines were GOOD! though some service staff needed additional training.

amazing experience!
german sausages beach loungers
i enjoyed the breakfast. there were cuisines from around the world, chinese soups, german sausages, french croissants, and sushi. i also used the beach, it has many sun loungers with shade and the hotel provides new ones as needed.

Really good stay
clean room direct access beautiful beachfront excellent selection
The room was very clean upon arrival. Direct pool access proved amazing! I enjoyed the beautiful beachfront. Breakfast offered an excellent selection of options.
The pools were ok but some tiles looked dated, requiring inspection by resort staff.

Staff members were calm and professional, ALWAYS addressing any concerns promptly. The hotel offered complimentary photo sessions. This was a surprising and welcome addition to the stay.

The room was spacious and elegant, equipped with all necessary amenities. Bedding and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

convenient location helpful staff huge choice
The location was convenient to the main strip! the staff were always helpful. Breakfast included a huge choice. afternoon tea was a nice bonus.

dry pastries poor food
the location was acceptable, though the parking was expensive.
The food was a let down. Breakfast wasn't great with dry pastries. food by the pool was also very poor and either overdone or sandwich fillings very scarce. i feel food service staff need proper training.
