Really good Service and Attention to Detail

The service was excellent from the bellhops to the security staff. A security personnel named Jhon was efficient in calling for nursing support when my wife tripped. The breakfast was good with a staff member, Elderson, who provided friendly service. Hannah and Sam helped me get a room quickly when they noticed I wasn't feeling well.

The team worked like clockwork. Check-in was seamless and very fast. Attention to detail was evident in every way possible. I was. All the staff are super friendly. They will enhance your experience.

The breakfast buffet combined Western and Filipino breakfast options, it was excellent. Servers refilled coffee quickly, clearing used plates, and replacing dropped silverware efficiently. The China Blue restaurant team provided top notch professional hospitality. It felt faultless.

I found a Nespresso machine in my room it had generous coffee pods. My room was spacious I even requested an extra bed. Awesome location it has a connecting bridge to Mall of Asia. Access to the airport through NAIA expressway is easy.
I had to keep asking for water since they only provide you with three bottles, and this got annoying in the evening.
