The breakfast was good and had a considerable variety of choices. The location to the shopping center was acceptable.
Check-in had no staff in the lobby to guide me to the third-floor reception. Another guest asked if I was a diamond member. This. The hotel did not go above and beyond to ensure my stay was superb (I was expecting a warmer welcome).
