the staff were friendly and helpful, a point in its favor.
The breakfast was not nice at all. There weren't many options and the quality was not good. our room wasn't clean and the air con wasn't working, so it made for an uncomfortable night. the tiles in the bathroom are super slippery. I almost slipped a few times, even with the anti-slip mat.

The room was massive and super clean. It was beautifully presented with a bed that was comfortable. The bedding was high-quality. Breakfast included a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel is near the shopping mall. It is also close to the airport.
I found the elevator access a bit labyrinthine. It was slightly difficult to reach the room.

the wifi was a bit of a joke it kept cutting out when i needed it most like when i was trying to book a taxi the gym was equally underwhelming a couple of treadmills were out of order and the weights area looked like it hadn't been updated since the nineties it was hardly the relaxing workout i had planned.

The hotel has very polite staff who assist guests well! i booked a beautiful king room. It was neat and had everything i needed. breakfast had a large variety of food. too!
The elevators are not easy to find. It feels like a maze to get to the room!
