Ms. Lavender at reception was amazing , so cute, and booked our restaurant reservations right away. We asked for a higher floor and she immediately made it happen. The canal view from our room was very nice. The location is perfect. I was close to the flower market and many shops. The concierge was friendly and helpful too!
The air conditioning seemed preset , so it was very hot in the room. I wish I could control the temperature better.

the location was acceptable.
room service options seemed minimal to me. the hotel corridors are outdated i think. my room was on the 5th floor and water leaked from the roof into a bucket when it rained in the hallway.

The doorman assisted with my bags upon arrival. check-in included complimentary prosecco. I found it calm. my room, while cosy, featured cleanliness and essential amenities. i appreciated the strong shower and quality towels. the hotel contacted me to ensure i had satisfaction with the room, and offered suggestions of nearby restaurants.
this. the site was closed on saturday and sunday though, it may be a factor on weekdays.

the hotel included a breakfast buffet with freshly prepared items available on request. a restaurant overlooked the canal, i found this added to the dining experience. the building had an updated historical design.

The hotel has a nice bar area.
I was disappointed by the room. The room did not live up to the name 'Beautiful Double'. The shower room is quite small. It just fits a toilet and a shower, with the sink and mirror located outside in the shared space near the room entrance (a strange design choice, i must say).
