The check-in staff was not cute. I found their attitude quite dismissive. the sofa in my room had numerous stains. It looked unclean. the room overall did not meet expectations regarding cleanliness, and the initial interaction was subpar. i did not feel valued as a guest.

The hotel's location near the train station provided easy access to the city center. I found the staff very friendly and helpful when i checked in late at night. The executive room was quite spacious, and i slept well on the comfortable bed. The free drinks in the room Were a very nice surprise!
The coffee machine in my room did not function, and some bathroom towels had slight stains.

the hotel is close to the train station. it made getting around easier
my room was not properly cleaned. i found food crumbs on the table and the floor was dirty it was really DISGUSTING. the lack of room service was an INCONVENIENCE. i could not get milk for my baby late at night because there weren't any options

The breakfast was very good. friendly staff ensured a smooth experience. rooms were clean upon arrival. I appreciated that. the hotel also has easy access to public transport. It's very convenient.
The bathroom doors had large gaps, so privacy was compromised. the air conditioning was noisy. it disrupted sleep. the tv offered a limited number of english channels. It was only four.
