convenient and clean
nearby location spacious rooms fresh bread
The hotel is close to a train station. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the airport. the rooms were spacious and clean. breakfast offered a waffle maker. Fresh bread and juices were available.

rude staff dirty sofa
The check-in staff was not cute. I found their attitude quite dismissive. the sofa in my room had numerous stains. It looked unclean. the room overall did not meet expectations regarding cleanliness, and the initial interaction was subpar. i did not feel valued as a guest.

Convenient and Clean near the Airport
convenient location friendly staff spacious room lovely surprise
The hotel's location near the train station provided easy access to the city center. I found the staff very friendly and helpful when i checked in late at night. The executive room was quite spacious, and i slept well on the comfortable bed. The free drinks in the room Were a very nice surprise!
The coffee machine in my room did not function, and some bathroom towels had slight stains.

train station short walk waffle maker transport option staff training poor communication powerplug issue
the train station is a short walk away. the hotel is conveniently near transport options. breakfast included a waffle maker (i liked that).
the staff needed more training. communication was sometimes poor. some powerplugs stopped working when i turned off the light.

friendly staff easy access clean rooms bathroom door noisy air conditioning limited channels
The breakfast was very good. friendly staff ensured a smooth experience. rooms were clean upon arrival. I appreciated that. the hotel also has easy access to public transport. It's very convenient.
The bathroom doors had large gaps, so privacy was compromised. the air conditioning was noisy. it disrupted sleep. the tv offered a limited number of english channels. It was only four.
