mixed experience with noise issues
noise level cement floor
the location within westerpark proved acceptable.
the noise levels became problematic , particularly from a nearby club operating until early morning hours. i could clearly hear the music and departing patrons. the room's cement floors felt uncomfortably cold underfoot, especially after showering. the air conditioning system also did not seem to function correctly.

nice design public transport beautiful park
the lobby had a nice design. i liked the location. public transport was nearby, i found a bus stop only five minutes from the hotel. the park was beautiful and right next to the hotel.
the air conditioning made some noise at night.

the hotel has a restaurant, which seemed popular with guests. i saw many people at the bar each night. the restaurant offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. menus were available in multiple languages.

the double room included a comfortable bed. the room features a television with several international channels. the bathroom has a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries. the room included blackout curtains, so i slept well.

the staff was very helpful with directions. check-in was quick and efficient. the reception area is open 24 hours. staff were always available to answer questions and give recommendations.

Overpriced and underwhelming
excessive messages terrible noise
The hotel sent way TOO many messages. I had just checked in, yet a message about checkout already arrived. The noise was AWFUL. Bass sounds were heard until 5 AM from a nearby event. Earplugs or a warning would have helped. I WOULD have booked elsewhere.
