crowded furnitureunprofessional staff
The room was large. But, it was designed poorly. There was not enough room for movement because of crowded furniture. It was unnecessary stuff. It was not comfortable, and not worth the money. We also had a terrible hotel experience. The staff were not professional and lazy. They did not know how to deal with customers

river viewthoughtful touchspacious suitepoor cleaning
i loved the river view from my room it made mornings so peaceful. the hotel also provided complimentary umbrellas a thoughtful touch. the spaciousness of the suite was appreciated providing plenty of room to relax after exploring.
the house cleaning missed some spots they just took the trash out. the bed was not made well the sheets were not properly tucked. i expected a more thorough job from a hotel of this standard.

the restaurant features a warm cozy setting it offers excellent food. breakfast options are available in the hotel. i did not use the restaurant.

the hotel has a gym it is not large but contains almost all needed equipment. the hotel offers bike rentals included in the price. there is hotel parking available to use.

the staff are friendly and provided good service. you can request an iron and coffee capsules and they bring everything to your room. the staff were attentive and eager to.

The hotel provided complimentary bikes, this allowed me to explore local areas easily. My room offered comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The room lighting was somewhat dim, making the space feel a little dark at times.
