central location restaurant recommendation attentive staff nice experience
The hotel's central location allowed easy walks to museums and restaurants. The concierge team helped with restaurant recommendations, especially Foodhallen. The staff were very good, checking in frequently to ensure a good stay. This extra attention.
The stairs are steep. this seems common here.

My stay included convenient access to public transport. Rooms were clean daily. It was so nice. Hotel staff provided a helpful introduction to the area. I will definitely come back. I loved the friendly staff, and their quick service.
There were stairs which were a bit steep. It would be difficult with large luggage. It may not suited for everyone.

steep stairs small room
The staff was helpful. They gave useful information.
The stairs were very steep and winding. It made getting to my room difficult. the room was small, and the ensuite door barely opened because it hit the bed. there was no air control, so i had to open the windows, but that let in street noise and loud trams.

we adored the complimentary warm beverages, a good touch after our explorations, they were always available. the staff extended a sincere welcome and offered guidance on local attractions and dining. the tram stations near the hotel provided easy access to various locations. the room had everything needed for a comfortable visit.
the stairs are quite steep, something to keep in mind when carrying luggage up to the room.
