The hotel's central location allowed easy walks to museums and restaurants. The concierge team helped with restaurant recommendations, especially Foodhallen. The staff were really nice, checking in frequently to ensure a good stay. This extra attention.

My stay included convenient access to public transport. Rooms were clean daily. It was so nice. Hotel staff provided a helpful introduction to the area. I will definitely come back. I loved the friendly staff, and their quick service.
There were stairs which were a bit steep. It would be difficult with large luggage. It may not suited for everyone.

The staff was helpful. They gave useful information.
The stairs were very steep and winding. It made getting to my room difficult. the room was small, and the ensuite door barely opened because it hit the bed. there was no air control, so i had to open the windows, but that let in street noise and loud trams.

i appreciated the warm welcome and helpful information i received upon arrival. mr tahir gave me details on local attractions and dining. complimentary warm drinks were available always. the location was near many attractions, it was some 10 minutes away.
the stairs were steep and winding. the lighting in this area was poor. navigating the stairs with luggage was difficult and potentially dangerous.
