The breakfast included many quality items. The hotel maintained a clean environment. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The location provided easy access to the central train station. I also found the staff lovely and helpful.
The windows did not open for fresh air.

The room included different sizes of towels. A sink with space allowed convenient storage of my beauty products. The water temperature and room heater worked well.

the lack of a fridge in the room was disappointing. i also found it quite inconvenient that the windows could not be opened. i really missed having fresh air and not having a fridge was a real pain!!!

the location was suitable. it was a short tram ride to the main train station. the tram stop was conveniently located across the street. breakfast offered a good selection of items.
the room lacked a refrigerator or minibar. the absence of a fridge was inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks. the window in my room could not be opened. this made it difficult to get fresh air into the room. the shower had low water pressure.

the staff were helpful and super cute. the rooms were big and very clean. the bathrooms were great, and ac during the heatwave was a lifesaver.
the location is a bit out of the way. it is across the road from the metro so very convenient but it took at least 10 minutes to get to the city centre.

the location offered great access via tram. a tram stop was very close to the hotel. the room included a comfortable bed and clean setup. breakfast had a sufficient variety of products.
i found that you cannot open the windows in the room. this created a slight inconvenience for ventilation.

the breakfast buffet included a waffle machine. a variety of smoothies were available each morning. the breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful, the area was well kept. they were cheerful and always willing to assist.
