fair stay experience
rooftop skybar valet parking fast check-in noisy room many mosquitoes dated room
The check in was fast. the location is really good for exploring. the rooftop skybar is indeed beautiful. valet parking was helpful. I liked that service.
Our room was on the ground floor. It was noisy since it was next to an entrance. there were also a lot of mosquitos in the room. The night's sleep wasn't great. the room wasn't what i expected for the price. It felt a bit dated.

terrific stay with rooftop highlights
rooftop bar excellent view helpful staff
The rooftop bar provided excellent views. mount etna was clearly visible. the staff helped us find local transportation options, and i appreciated their assistance. also, the cleanliness of my room was really good. It was super clean upon arrival and throughout my stay.
The noise from nearby streets made it difficult to sleep soundly one night. I recommend earplugs.

the hotel is near the duomo and corso umberto. this proximity makes it convenient for exploring key attractions. access to the main street is easy from the hotel grounds.

breakfast included various options that catered to different tastes. the rooftop bar offered cicchetti with drinks in the evening. i really liked the unique cannoli making experience during breakfast hours.

The sky bar has views of mount etna. the hotel provides valet parking for added convenience. there is also a garden on site to use. It is small but lovely.

efficient team maintained bathroom internet connection faulty air-conditioner
The reception team was very efficient. The bathroom in the comfort rooms was well kept. I appreciated the cleanliness.
The television was not connected to the internet. The air conditioner did not work properly. The room became hot at night.

convenient feature friendly staff coffee set-up noisy stairs
The location was superb. A back entrance leads directly to the main square, a very convenient feature. The rooftop terrace offered very nice views. I enjoyed a nice dinner there, and the staff were particularly friendly (I have to mention it!).
I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a coffee set-up in the room. I noticed there wasn't coffee available in the lobby either unless you purchased breakfast. my room was quite noisy because of its proximity to the stairs (it was a bit irritating).
