The location was great because it was easy to walk everywhere.
The absence of an elevator proved VERY problematic, especially with luggage. The stairs felt endless. Our room, a 'Double Room Balcony', had a green light above the exit that shone all night. I also kept hearing noises from both the fridge and the ventilation.

I found the location Really good. The room had a kettle. drinks facilities, and the bed proved quite comfortable. The airport shuttle was reliable and fast. I observed that the staff was consistently helpful and kind. They assisted me with my luggage.

the location was superb. i could easily reach most parts of the city by foot. the staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. they assisted with my luggage and provided useful information about the neighborhood.
my room was on a high floor, and the hotel lacks an elevator. climbing the stairs with luggage was inconvenient. the room was quite small, and storage space was limited. i found the bathroom had a slight damp smell.
