Quintessentially English Experience!

I only booked for two nights, but I immediately wished I had booked longer. The room had GHD straighteners plus a GHD hairdryer, robes, and slippers neatly tucked away. The shower was HOT and soap and shampoo was plentiful. I found water, tea, and a Nespresso machine inside the room.
There wasn't an iron inside the room. the host let me use hers.

jenny was a wonderful host , providing us with directions and helpful instructions. a delicious breakfast , and even a bag of windfall cooking apples to take home. the communication was excellent. the early check-in she arranged was really appreciated.
the bathroom across the hall wasn't ideal , but it was still private.

The breakfast was indeed quite good. I liked the locally sourced produce. The host, Jennie, was very friendly (I appreciated her warm welcome).
The absence of a television in the room was a noticeable drawback. I also found that the specific rules felt a little restrictive. The need to walk across the hallway to reach the private bathroom was not ideal for nighttime use.
