friendly staffuseful fan
The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. the grounds were a delight. I could walk there, and a fan in my room helped me in the heat.
The jacuzzi was too hot. I could not relax.

a fairly standard stay, i guess
on site parkingnon-working jacuzzishabby furnishings
the car parking was available on site, i guess.
the spa was supposedly a feature, but it was not working. it seems the jacuzzi was out of order too. overall, the hotel seems to need some serious freshening up.

The front desk staff were attentive to my requests! The room was equipped with a kettle and tea-making facilities. The on-site swimming pool was a significant advantage. It allowed for relaxation after a busy day. The gardens are beautifully maintained.
The bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning. I noticed some minor staining in the shower.
