Absolutely fantastic!

I found the hotel clean and modern! The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous, from the front desk to the bar, cleaning crew, and baggage service. The bed offered amazing comfort. The shower was very nice, I loved it!

It is slightly far from Alexanderplatz. I enjoyed exploring the surroundings on the way there.

Fantastic Stay Near Alexanderplatz

comfortable beddelicious foodroom temperature

i found the beds and pillows very comfortable. the restaurant vitruv had delicious food. early check-in was available and an hour later check-out was also accommodated. thankfully, the reception made it possible!

The room seemed smaller than described when i booked it. IT WAS too hot inside the room! and we could not change the temperature.

Excellent Stay near the Center

I find the beds very comfy and the shower was both hot and powerful. Breakfast offered a great choice with plenty of food available. The hotel employees were really nice, especially at the front desk, during housekeeping, and in the restaurant. The room felt spacious and the bed proved very comfortable.

The wellness and sauna area seemed badly organized. It looked to take more than four hours to reach reception by phone after 6 p.m. I think young male receptionists should be more thoughtful toward customers.

I loved the modern decor and found it super stylish. My room was always super clean. the staff really were really good too help, always smiling! breakfast was a total feast, with so many choices, it blew my mind. The buffet had everything imaginable. it was good.

The air conditioning was a tad noisy. I wish it was a little quieter so i could sleep better.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of options. I found the shower to be very good with consistent water pressure. The fitness area provided a nice workout space and it features a good view from the top floor.

The air conditioning was not very cold, and the fan made quite a bit of noise when it was on.

it is always convenient and comfortable. i was able to check in very early upon arrival. the breakfast was amazing!!! the location is very convenient to the tram and not far from alexanderplatz. the rooms have smart tvs with netflix.

the air conditioning wasn't working properly so i had to open the windows at night to cool the room down. this was noisy because of the trams.
