delicious breakfast helpful receptionist daily room small room no closet missing amenities
The breakfast was really delicious. The room was cleaned every day also. The receptionist Christina was very helpful and willing to assist in everything we needed. THANK you all.
The room was small, not an uncommon thing in europe. It had no amenities and was filled with odd design choices. There is no closet, only a small shelf unit. The shower has no curtain.

iced water comfortable bed unfriendly receptionist locker room
the hotel provided tea coffee and iced water all day in the reception area i found this most welcome. the room was quite spacious and i found the bed comfortable
the receptionist did not acknowledge me i saw her but she did not come to the desk until after a call. she spoke quickly and told me about the locker room at the back of the hotel

Mixed feelings about this stay
odd patterns lack of fresh air
The breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options available each morning.
I found the room decor quite strange. The patterns on the walls and floor were odd (I felt a bit disoriented). My room also lacked fresh air, with no windows I could open. These issues detracted from my overall experience.

excellent harbour stay
amazing location smooth process secured luggage unlimited coffee
the location was amazing. it was very handy to many attractions! i found the check-in process smooth. the receptionist was personable and helpful. they have secured luggage storage if you check out and still want them to keep it. i also appreciated the unlimited coffee and water provided.
the parking was a bit far.

the reception staff managed my check-in efficiently, answering all my questions and providing useful information. friendly service extended to the provision of complimentary coffee and water at the reception area.

Secured luggage storage is available after check-out, a very convenient service with later departures, so i found it helpful. this allowed me to explore without worrying about my bags. It was a great relief.

The superior double room had a sea view. It was particularly appealing with its clear sightlines, so i was very happy. the room size was adequate for a short stay. i found the bed linens clean and fresh.

The location is quite central. many key attractions were within a reasonable walking distance from the hotel. i was able to easily access restaurants and shopping areas. This location suited my needs well.
