The breakfast was really delicious. The room was cleaned every day also. The receptionist Christina was very helpful and willing to assist in everything we needed. THANK you all.

The room was small, not an uncommon thing in europe. It had no amenities and was filled with odd design choices. There is no closet, only a small shelf unit. The shower has no curtain.

the hotel provided tea coffee and iced water all day in the reception area i found this most welcome. the room was quite spacious and i found the bed comfortable

the receptionist did not acknowledge me i saw her but she did not come to the desk until after a call. she spoke quickly and told me about the locker room at the back of the hotel

The breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options available each morning.

I found the room decor quite strange. The patterns on the walls and floor were odd (I felt a bit disoriented). My room also lacked fresh air, with no windows I could open. These issues detracted from my overall experience.

the location was amazing. it was very handy to many attractions! i found the check-in process smooth. the receptionist was personable and helpful. they have secured luggage storage if you check out and still want them to keep it. i also appreciated the unlimited coffee and water provided.

the parking was a bit far.

The location is quite central. many key attractions were within a reasonable walking distance from the hotel. i was able to easily access restaurants and shopping areas. This location suited my needs well.

The location was great. I also enjoyed the breakfast choices. The room had shelves to put my bags. The friendly staff organized sending the item i forgot the same day.

The shower ENCLOSURE did not keep the water off the bathroom floor. Therefor I needed to use more towels to dry the floor.

The breakfast buffet offers many choices of food, including options that I haven't seen at other hotels before. A separate gluten-free section ensures minimal risk of cross-contamination who need it, so this is a big plus.

Coffee, tea, and water are available for free at the reception ALL day, which I found very useful when i needed to rest in the lobby. There is a supermarket located next to the hotel, very convenient.
