i was upgraded to a premium suite. it had a very nice setup. the team was very helpful. they quickly addressed a minor issue with the bathroom sink. valet parking worked well for me. the staff retrieved my car promptly each time, and i liked that.

the tv in my room seemed a bit outdated. its picture quality wasn't great. i believe it could use an upgrade to improve the viewing experience.

shali at reception upgraded my room, i then enjoyed a very lovely apartment. the apartment was clean and smelled good, which i liked a lot. the hotel does not have a nightclub, this ensured that my nights were quiet and peaceful. i could always get some good sleep here.

I needed to leave early for a flight around 6 am, there was no bellboy available for luggage assistance. i had to carry everything myself. also, nobody answered my calls for checkout. It was quite inconvenient.

the hotel has a nice pool that is quite nice. the gym has several treadmills and weights, it provides enough equipment for basic workouts. a sauna is present near the pool area.

the shower gel containers seemed unchanged from previous guests i felt uneasy. the room became quite cold and unfortunately i could not open the window. i found both issues unsettling.
