great stay with excellent staff
premium suite helpful team valet parking
i was upgraded to a premium suite. it had a very nice setup. the team was very helpful. they quickly addressed a minor issue with the bathroom sink. valet parking worked well for me. the staff retrieved my car promptly each time, and i liked that.
the tv in my room seemed a bit outdated. its picture quality wasn't great. i believe it could use an upgrade to improve the viewing experience.

the hotel provides convenient access to many places to explore. there are nice eating places around. exploring the city from this location proved easy, and it was easy to get around.

Breakfast included good choices. The variety was quite excellent. the food was generally good. the breakfast service had attentive staff, and i found a few options to be quite tasty, particularly the local pastries.

the premium suite was spacious, and clean, which i valued. it included useful utilities, like a washing machine, and that added convenience. i really appreciated having sufficient space, and the cleanliness was well maintained.

good hotel, friendly service
lovely apartment clean apartment good sleep
shali at reception upgraded my room, i then enjoyed a very lovely apartment. the apartment was clean and smelled good, which i liked a lot. the hotel does not have a nightclub, this ensured that my nights were quiet and peaceful. i could always get some good sleep here.
I needed to leave early for a flight around 6 am, there was no bellboy available for luggage assistance. i had to carry everything myself. also, nobody answered my calls for checkout. It was quite inconvenient.

the hotel has a nice pool that is quite nice. the gym has several treadmills and weights, it provides enough equipment for basic workouts. a sauna is present near the pool area.

staff members are very friendly and helpful, they provided quick responses to requests. housekeeping kept the room clean, i find this detail important. the reception staff assisted with check-in efficiently.

the room included blackout drapes ensuring darkness, i liked this feature. there were many toiletries like shampoo and hand wash available for use. the bed had premium mattress and supportive pillows.

a decent stay
helpful staff convenient location accessible transportation unavailable bellboy unanswered calls early departure
i found the staff to be quite helpful. mohamed provided us with useful information, i appreciated that. the hotel's location is convenient with many restaurants nearby and transportation options are easily accessible.
i needed to leave early around 6 am. there was no bellboy available to help with my luggage, i had to carry it all myself. i tried calling reception for check-out, but no one answered.

warm smile delicious options unchanged containers cold room
the team welcomed guests with a warm smile i found this touching. the breakfast buffet included delicious options i really enjoyed it. they generously granted us a late checkout. this was a kind gesture.
the shower gel containers seemed unchanged from previous guests i felt uneasy. the room became quite cold and unfortunately i could not open the window. i found both issues unsettling.

good customer care convenient location slow check-in annoying repetition
the location suited my needs well. i appreciated mr allan's assistance at reception. he provided good customer care. i hope he continues to provide great service.
the receptionist did not accommodate me well during check-in. it took almost one hour to wait. i booked a room without breakfast, but the receptionist kept repeating that no breakfast was included. this was quite annoying.
