shali at reception upgraded my room, i then enjoyed a very lovely apartment. the apartment was clean and smelled good, which i liked a lot. the hotel does not have a nightclub, this ensured that my nights were quiet and peaceful. i could always get some good sleep here.
I needed to leave early for a flight around 6 am, there was no bellboy available for luggage assistance. i had to carry everything myself. also, nobody answered my calls for checkout. It was quite inconvenient.

the hotel has a nice pool that is quite nice. the gym has several treadmills and weights, it provides enough equipment for basic workouts. a sauna is present near the pool area.

staff members are very friendly and helpful, they provided quick responses to requests. housekeeping kept the room clean, i find this detail important. the reception staff assisted with check-in efficiently.

the room included blackout drapes ensuring darkness, i liked this feature. there were many toiletries like shampoo and hand wash available for use. the bed had premium mattress and supportive pillows.

i found the staff to be quite helpful. mohamed provided us with useful information, i appreciated that. the hotel's location is convenient with many restaurants nearby and transportation options are easily accessible.
i needed to leave early around 6 am. there was no bellboy available to help with my luggage, i had to carry it all myself. i tried calling reception for check-out, but no one answered.

the team welcomed guests with a warm smile i found this touching. the breakfast buffet included delicious options i really enjoyed it. they generously granted us a late checkout. this was a kind gesture.
the shower gel containers seemed unchanged from previous guests i felt uneasy. the room became quite cold and unfortunately i could not open the window. i found both issues unsettling.

the receptionist did not accommodate me well during check-in. it took almost one hour to wait. i booked a room without breakfast, but the receptionist kept repeating that no breakfast was included. this was quite annoying.
