a serene stay near the sacred mosque
easy accesslow setting
the proximity to the masjid nabwi was a blessing allowing easy access for prayers. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a warm smile. breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
the air conditioning felt too cold in the common areas making it slightly uncomfortable. i hope they consider adjusting the temperature for a better experience.

the hotel is very close to the masjid. the staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean with a nice view i had a great stay here. it was convenient to walk to many places
the a/c setting was too low in public areas. this made my daughter ill. they did change the room for her but it was smaller.

The hotel is very close to the mosque. That's awesome. the breakfast buffet was decent too. i noticed they have two entrances to the hotel. That is also helpful.
the asian guy at the concierge was super rude. i had a heated argument with him over a luggage ticket. i found that really unpleasant. the washroom seemed like it could use some upgrades too.
