really good experiencebeautiful spacesattentive butlervery nice dedication
The à la carte breakfast have standout quality. Abbas, my butler provided top-tier service. Marcio, Jean Pierre, Amine, Christian, and the housekeeping team also were amazing. I extend my gratitude to all staff whose names I do not know, their dedication.

The hotel pool have great setup. The look have amazing view, also comfy beds and greenery. I enjoyed the pool area and its clear design.

The breakfast was very nice with many options. I dined in Alba, the restaurant offered delicious dishes. Ola in Alba looked after me well during the meal.

Sulaiman welcomed me to the hotel at the lobby. The waitress and waiter at Aqua was very cute. Sulaiman took care of me, he provided directions and took photos.

The room was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. it offered a lavish experience creating a haven of relaxation. the staff were helpful. They always were really nice too ensure my needs were met promptly. their service.
it took several calls for drinks to be refilled in the room. there were no disinfectant wipes in the gym, only a spray without paper. the defective control pads were replaced in the room on the third day. i expect more clarity in this area

Really good Stay, A True Luxury Experience

My visit included amazing perks like complimentary valet parking. The hotel offered free high-speed internet access throughout the hotel. I appreciated the convenience of the in-room iPad control system for lighting and temperature. A special highlight was definitely the personalized butler service that really anticipated every need I had.
The minibar prices were slightly high but it's consistent with five-star luxury expectations.

The room had perfect technology and bedding. The hotel staff welcomed us warmly. Julius, the Bellman, was always greeting us. Sharadi, the receptionist, was very attentive and helpful. I liked the special bottles of water.

Staff members offered a great welcome. The staff was professional and friendly. Loan showed me around the hotel the day before I checked in. She noticed I had a sore throat and made me a hot drink.
