loud entertainmentmissing door seal
i was annoyed that the entertainment from the lobby was so loud. i was on the third floor, but it sounded like a concert every night. it was hard to sleep, and it definitely. the door seal was missing so the noise leaked in. i thought management would have addressed this , but it was never resolved despite my complaint.

the sunbeds lacked padding, causing back pain. i found no water fountain available for all-inclusive guests. the system for dinner drinks seemed disorganized and complex.

the food was consistently hot and freshly made.. a la carte lunches stood out. i found two bars, one by the pool open until early evening and the main bar open from 5pm until midnight. the hotel is near both the beach and a shopping area with various shops..

The location was great. A short walk took me to both beaches and shops. i found the room clean and very spacious. sunshine hitting the balcony was good. the restaurant offered a good selection of quality food.
The gym had very basic equipment. i found the wifi reception quite poor. It didn't work in some areas of the hotel. i was told this issue was known but still unresolved.

The hotel benefits from being close to the town and beach. Both were within easy walking distance. the area has many shops and restaurants. Guests have a lot of options for eating and shopping. it is a superb spot.
