The pool area provided ample sun beds so finding a spot was easy enough.
The room was not what i expect from such a hotel the bathroom flooded after each shower this was disruptive it needs fixing immediately the tv only showed sky news international which did not provide adequate entertainment the air conditioning was also rather poor.

The pool area featured a convenient bar providing drinks and food. A buzzer system allowed ordering directly from the sun loungers. The reception staff displayed very nice friendliness and helpfulness. I appreciated the nightly music in the bar.
The curtain to balcony was coming off the rail, staying like that the whole time we were there. Clean towels were provided daily. my partner's hair remained on the floor throughout the entire holiday. (a minor issue, though)

the hotel had a good location near shops and restaurants i guess.
the pool was just too small for all the guests it was annoying. i couldn't even get a sunbed without waking up at dawn. the hotel rules say not to reserve them but no one followed it so that was it.

i loved this hotel , it provided every amenity. we booked a premium double room sea view spa access, and the view was fine. the balcony had a sunbed and comfortable chairs. the room service was quick and efficient , very unobtrusive.
the minibar was not always restocked as quickly as i would have liked , but it was a very minor inconvenience.

the hotel features a super pool, complete with steps and a gradual ramp for easy access , this is excellent with walking difficulties. the pool area is well kept and offers plenty of space to relax and swim , i spent the day relaxing there.

the reception staff are very nice , they are very attentive and ready to assist with any request. when i inquired about future reservations for family with a baby , i learned the chef can puree food prepared the day before. this demonstrates amazing thoughtful hotel service.

The hotel's location was fine. It provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The room cleaning was NOT good. The bathroom mirror was never cleaned, remaining stained throughout my stay and the towels were not changed daily.
