mixed experience with some drawbacks
poor soundproofing disruptive noise
the breakfast buffet offered a good selection.
The sound insulation between rooms was very poor. i could hear other guests using the toilet and showering. This lack of privacy detracted from my stay. the hotel was full of families with young children. Noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive.

Fantastic Hotel by the Marina

This hotel features a visually fine main hall, resembling a modern museum. The breakfast selection offered an excellent variety of options. We especially enjoyed the daily program of activities.. it catered to many interests and schedules. Our room provided a fine view, and the staff were consistently helpful.
I noticed the gym, while adequately equipped, could benefit from a few updated machines.

Really good Stay!
really good elegance good tea high-quality drinks
The accommodation provided really good comfort and elegance. The breakfast and afternoon tea were a delight, always exceeding expectations. The evening bar and pool bar service consistently provided high-quality drinks and service.
The bed in the room was a bit too firm for my liking. I requested a mattress topper to improve the comfort. Perhaps softer mattresses can be offered in the future.

The breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. The restaurant provided excellent service with attentive staff present. Special dietary needs are accommodated with advance notice to the kitchen. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel features multiple pools. One is heated for comfortable swimming. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workouts. The spa provides a range of treatments, including massages and facials. Many pools offer different locations for relaxation.

The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel provides daily housekeeping. Rooms receive thorough cleaning. I appreciated Gaby's regular visits to the Club area to check service etc.

Fantastic Adult-Only Club Experience! Highly Recommended!
swim-up bar fine view perfect location
I stayed in January 2025 and I'm already returning in January 2026 because last year's experience was AMAZING!!! The adult-only Club Solarium area provided a tranquil escape with a fantastic swim-up bar and fine views. There were many sunbeds available, made relaxing easy. The location is also PERFECT!!! The marina is right there with so many bars and restaurants.
The sound insulation between rooms could be improved. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The staff was chatty, helpful, and professional. They assisted with everything from check-in to luggage handling, really making my stay special. Restaurant staff were efficient, quickly clearing and preparing tables, even providing extra care to guests managing little ones. Bar staff were amazing too, so friendly!!!

Both the club breakfast facility and the main eating area offered a wonderful selection of foods and a variety of delicious cuisines to choose from. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. I especially enjoyed it on overcast days. I had SO MUCH food!!!

My wife loved the hotel gym and spa. She definitely plans to book more sessions next week. The Club Solarium adult area includes a swim-up bar, whirlpool, jacuzzi, and comfortable Balinium beds. This area offered a quiet escape!!!
