fabulous stay!
junior suite gala dinner attentive staff relaxing christmas
I booked a junior suite in the main building and it was great. christmas was fantastic and so relaxing. i spent christmas day relaxing in the sun. The 5 course sit down gala dinner was amazing!!! i would highly recommend it. i was really impressed with the service and attentive staff.
the gym equipment could use a little updating, like the leg press. some pieces were broken previously! it would be great if it were 24hr access, instead of always asking for the lights to be turned on before 6am.

the hotel had easy access to the beach and great walks, very convenient for exploring the surrounding area and taking in the beautiful coastal scenery. this made it so easy to get around.

There was a vast pool area with three pools. I also noticed lifeguards were on duty daily, ensuring safety and providing a secure environment. towels were supplied for sun loungers plus daily activities were organized for all ages.

I liked the variety of options at the dinner buffet. Every night featured a different theme. I found the grounds to be lovely. The location is great. It opens right onto the promenade.
The gym had some equipment that was not working properly. The flooring had some demo stains from the building work. Some staff were unwelcoming.

a tender memory
genuine care thoughtful food warm pool appointed garden
the staff showed genuine care . the food selections each day seemed thoughtfully prepared. the hotel grounds include a saltwater pool that felt warm to swim in. i found a quiet spot in the well appointed garden where i spent some time reading. this vacation was indeed a nice getaway.
the room didn't have enough shelves in the bathroom so storing toiletries was slightly difficult.

The hotel provided attentive service with friendly staff members always ready to help. the reception was efficient. Check in was seamless. i also noticed management actively engaged during meal times, everything ran smoothly.

My room offered wonderful views and included comfortable twin beds. ample storage helped keep the space tidy. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower. It added a touch of luxury. housekeeping maintained everything well with thorough daily service.
