spacious room comfortable bed friendly staff pool closure hazardous structure slippery stairs
the room was spacious and clean. i found the bed to be huge and quite comfortable. the staff at reception were friendly.. they were accommodating both at check-in and check-out.
the main splash pool was closed due to maintenance. this was annoying as it was a reason i booked. the pirate ship was hazardous. my children hurt themselves on slippery stairs.

family vacation delight
shallow water friendly staff
The splash pools offered a lot of fun for the young kids thanks to the shallow water. the food truck was a great addition. The staff was always very friendly and spoke multiple languages.. this made ordering snacks very easy.

a jolly stay
great location food choice drinks package clean room
The resort location was great. i felt really safe. That's important with kids. the all-inclusive package had plenty of food choices for breakfast and lunch. the drinks were good, like beer and cocktails. our room was clean. it was well looked after with daily cleaning. fresh towels came every day.
the receptionist was slow. i had to wait a long time for check in. it seems a single person at the reception has to deal with large groups. this made smaller requests take a while.

the room was big and modern. it was super tidy with everything a family needs. also, a nice terrace was available, this adds extra space to relax and enjoy the outdoors during our vacation.

The room was cleaned every day. This was a welcome touch.
The electricity went out one night. The receptionist acted rude about this issue. I didn't appreciate the lack of concern.

average stay with some issues
slow check-in broken heating
the location felt safe. that was important since i had kids.
check-in took too long. it lasted 45 minutes with only one person at reception. we needed extra blankets since the heating wasn't working well, but we only got one.

spacious room clean room friendly staff unheated pool faulty tv cracked tiles
i stayed in a triple room. the room was very spacious and clean. the bed was huge and comfortable.. reception staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out. rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were also changed.
the pool wasn't heated. it said on the website that it was. tvs and wifi did not work despite many attempts. around the pool area needed maintenance, tiles cracked etc.
