i appreciated the staff's amazing attitude. they fulfilled my requests with a smile and swiftness. i found the apartment spacious, new, and stylish. the hotel offered recommendations for a café with the perfect croissant and cappuccino.
The room lacked a coffee machine. This was surprising.

location is good, but the room needs improvement
uncomfortable bedoutdated room
The room i was assigned felt quite outdated. the bed was not comfortable. I woke up with a backache each morning. the bathroom had a tub instead of a walk-in shower, which i didn't like. i ended up buying my own shampoo (i always bring my toiletries, though).

the location is central. it is easy to access many attractions.
the customer service was below standard. i arrived after an early flight and was told to come back at 3 pm. staff did not call me when the room was ready. there was no effort to accommodate my early arrival, disappointing.
